Canning House this Tuesday held its annual Summer Reception. The event brought together key stakeholders across business, diplomacy, politics, academia, media and civil society to raise a glass to another successful year of building UK-Latin American relations.

On Friday 30 June the UK-Brazil Conversa, Canning House’s flagship annual forum for discussion of the most important issues facing the UK, Brazil and the two countries’ relationship, took place in Oxford at the world-class facilities of the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government.

On Thursday 15 June, during London Tech Week, Canning House and the Department for Business and Trade welcomed senior representatives from major innovative Latin American technology companies to a roundtable at Google’s London headquarters.

On Tuesday, 13 June, Canning House held a reception welcoming the Latin American diplomatic corps in the UK and the British Ambassadors to Latin America, hosted at Diageo's headquarters in London.

On the 10 May, The British Council, Canning House and the Department for Business and Trade hosted a policy dialogue, where Ministers from the Americas exchanged their ideas and plans for the future of Education in their countries.

On behalf of its members in the United Kingdom, Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal, Canning House would like to convey congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty Queen Camilla on the occasion of the Coronation on Saturday 6 May.
