Canning House expresses its profound sadness at the passing away of HM Queen Elizabeth II on 8 September. We offer our deepest condolences to the Royal Family.
Her Majesty and her lifelong service will be remembered with warmth and affection in Latin America, and around the world.
Queen Elizabeth II visited Latin America on a number of occasions, including visits to Panama (1953), Brazil (1968), Chile (1968) and Mexico (1975, 1983).
With these visits, she played an important role in the building of UK-Latin American relationships and understanding.
May she rest in peace. Que en paz descanse.
