On Tuesday 19 March, Canning House welcomed long-standing corporate members, Shell, to give a presentation to Canning House members and guests.

Martin Rueda and Edgar Zamalloa, senior representatives of Shell’s operations in Peru, shared their insights into the company’s operations in the country; the history, the challenges and the future opportunities. The conversation was chaired by Carlos Ibargüen, Canning House Trustee and Head of Government Relations – Latin America & Caribbean, Shell.

Following this was a lively and interactive conversation between the audience and panel on areas of difficulty and success, covering broad topics such as the challenges created by government regulations and the adoption of renewable technologies.
