A career diplomat in the Mexican Foreign Service, Ambassador Ventura's other previous roles include Deputy Foreign Secretary and G20 Sherpa, Ambassador to China, Undersecretary for North America and Deputy Chief of Mission in the United States. He is currently a Senior Advisor at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group.

This exclusive roundtable breakfast offers attendees the opportunity to hear Ambassador Ventura's thoughts ahead of the US election, in which Vice President Kamala Harris faces former President Donald Trump in the race for the presidency; and to discuss how its results might impact Latin America and its relations with the US.
