América Latina: la visión de sus líderes

Canning House and Brennan & Partners are pleased to welcome Andrés Rugeles to London to launch his recently published book América Latina: la visión de sus líderes [Latin America: The Vision of its Leaders] (Planeta, 2024).

Mr Rugeles is a political scientist, with a focus on economics and the study of Latin America. Across his career, he has worked in government, diplomacy, development banks and other multilateral institutions, often concentrating on issues of international politics, sustainable development and Latin American regional integration.

His latest work, América Latina: La Visión de sus Líderes, takes on the biggest challenges facing Latin America, taking a series of 30 interviews with the region's leaders - including presidents, ex-presidents and heads of multilateral institutions - and 55 articles by expert commentators as its foundation. In total 106 personalities participated.
