Canning Circle Dinner June 2018

  • Constance Malleret

On 27th June, Canning House held the second Canning Circle Dinner of 2018, at the House of Commons. Reserved for our top-tier corporate members, the Circle Dinner is an opportunity for senior company executives to meet in an intimate setting for an off the record discussion of issues of importance to their businesses.

On this occasion, Canning House was delighted to welcome as our special guest Baroness Bonham-Carter of Yarnbury, a Liberal Democrat member of the House of Lords and UK Trade Envoy to Mexico, who described the role and challenges of the UK’s trade envoys and set the scene for a lively conversation on the future of UK trade and investment with Latin America.
